A deposit by debit or credit card for your first night’s tariff is required to reserve each room, this is refundable up until 14 days prior to your arrival to Westlea Guest House.
You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before your arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If you book your stay through booking.com, they have their own terms and conditions which may vary to our own, so the terms and conditions of the third-party booking platform will apply.
Settlement of your stay is accepted by cash, credit or debit card. We do not accept payment by cheque.
Single-occupancy rooms are available upon request and dependant on availability, please contact us for details and pricing.
Westlea Guest House offers gift vouchers which serve as a great special gift for a friend or loved one. These are available as monetary values or for specific room stays. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and must be returned by way of deposit or part deposit when the voucher holder makes a booking. All other conditions remain applicable. Arrivals
Check in is between 2pm and 6pm, unless we have agreed and confirmed alternative arrangements.

Departures
Check out is before 10am on the day of your departure.
Breakfast is served daily in our dining room from 8.15-9.30am. Breakfast is available for in room dining upon request.
Please inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergies you may have at the time of booking, and we will ensure that we cater for these.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests here at Westlea Guest House, we are exclusively a non-smoking premises. Designated smoking areas are situated at the entrance in the garden.
We please ask that you treat Westlea Guest House with respect. We retain the right to charge you for the cost of rectification of any excessive damage caused to our property or furnishings.
Free WiFi is available throughout Westlea Guest House for the duration of your stay, although the reception may vary between rooms.
Free parking is available throughout your stay at Westlea Guest House. However, users of our car park do so at their own risk and Westlea Guest House will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.
Westlea Guest House is not a licenced establishment. However, guests can consume their own alcoholic drinks. Ice buckets and glasses can be provided upon request.
We are sorry, but we do not accommodate/accept dogs
